By using the Platform and investing in projects via Indicium, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Investment Notice.

Indicium does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All information on the Platform is for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial guidance.

You are solely responsible for conducting independent due diligence before making any investment decisions.

3. Nature of Tokenized Investments
Investments on the Indicium Platform are represented by NFT Shares, which provide fractional ownership in tokenized assets or projects.
NFT Shares do not constitute securities, equity, or debt instruments, nor do they provide voting rights in the companies or projects they represent.
Investments are made using IDC tokens, which are required for purchasing NFT Shares.

4. Risk Factors
By investing through Indicium, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

4.1. Market & Liquidity Risk
The value of tokenized assets can fluctuate significantly due to market conditions.
Liquidity is not guaranteed, and the secondary market for NFT Shares may not always be available.
4.2. Regulatory Risk
Tokenized assets operate in an evolving regulatory environment. Future regulations may impact your ability to hold, trade, or sell NFT Shares.
Certain jurisdictions may restrict or prohibit the use of tokenized investments. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with your local laws.
4.3. Smart Contract & Technology Risk
Investments are secured using blockchain-based smart contracts, which are susceptible to hacking, bugs, or technical failures.
Indicium is not liable for any losses caused by smart contract vulnerabilities, network congestion, or blockchain disruptions.
4.4. Project-Specific Risks
Each investment project has its own operational, financial, and market risks. Indicium does not guarantee the success or profitability of any project.
Past performance of similar projects is not indicative of future results.
4.5. Holding & Vesting Period
IDC tokens used for purchasing NFT Shares are locked for one (1) year and cannot be withdrawn during this period.
After one year, investors may burn their NFT Shares to reclaim their IDC tokens, subject to a 10% collateral fee retained by Indicium.

5. No Guarantee of Returns
Investing in NFT Shares does not guarantee profits, dividends, or fixed returns.
Indicium is not liable for any financial losses resulting from market fluctuations, regulatory changes, or project failures.

6. Due Diligence & Investor Responsibility
Before investing, users should:

Carefully review all available project documentation and financial details.
Assess their risk tolerance and financial capacity for potential losses.
Consult a qualified financial advisor if necessary.
Indicium does not perform individualized suitability assessments for investors.

7. Tax Implications
Investors are responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from their investments in NFT Shares.
Indicium does not provide tax advice or withhold taxes on behalf of investors.

8. AML & KYC Compliance
All investors must undergo Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before participating in investments.
Indicium complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to freeze or terminate accounts suspected of illegal activity.

9. Legal & Jurisdiction
This Investment Notice is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Any disputes related to investments made on the Indicium Platform shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai, UAE, before being escalated to local courts if necessary.
